— 02 / Coverage

The western eleven.

From the Pacific to the Rockies. Reno HQ puts us within a day's drive of every major hub on the western half.

From Reno, every hub is one day out.

We're built around the geography of the West. Reno HQ puts us within a single drive-day of San Francisco, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Phoenix and Boise — and within two of Seattle, Denver, Albuquerque, and El Paso.

That means tighter delivery windows, fewer relays, and direct accountability on every load. One driver, one rig, one phone number from pickup to drop.

"They picked up reefer loads at 11 p.m. on a Sunday from a closed warehouse, and the freight was on the dock in Reno before our buyer's coffee was cold. That's the whole game."

— 03 / Our Story

Started in a yard. Built on a handshake.

2022 → today. One truck became eight. The principles haven't moved.

Driver-owned. Always answered.

We started True Blue in 2022 with one truck, one dispatcher, and a refusal to ghost a shipper at 11pm. Four years later, the rig count is up to eight and the principles haven't moved an inch.

Every load we pull is one more chance to keep our word. That's the whole pitch — drivers we'd trust with our own freight, equipment we'd put our families behind, and a phone that gets answered by a human.

No double-brokering. No forced dispatch. No hidden lumper fees. Same rate we quoted you, every time.

Now hiring good people who run hard.

Most quotes back same business day. We won't ghost you and we won't pad the rate — that's not how we built this.

Honest answers, no fine print.

If we don't know it, we'll say so. If we do, you'll get the straight version.

Most quotes go out the same business day, usually within four hours. If your pickup is inside 48 hours, call dispatch directly at (775) 230-4767 — we'll lock it down on the phone.
All eight rigs are ours. We run our own equipment, employ or partner with our own drivers, and handle our own dispatch. No double-brokering, ever.
The western 11 states: NV, CA, OR, WA, ID, UT, AZ, NM, CO, WY, MT. We'll go further on a case-by-case for OTR with the right mileage.
Yes — we run hazmat-endorsed drivers and carry the placarding for non-bulk shipments. Class 1 and 7 by special arrangement.
